Dr. Barsky’s Care Approach

Dr. Barsky’s care approach focuses on restoring safe, confident movement through targeted, evidence-based physical therapy that is tailored to each patient’s goals. He begins by understanding how dizziness, balance problems, Parkinson’s symptoms, or other movement issues affect everyday activities, then designs a plan that combines specific exercises, balance and gait training, and practical strategies patients can use outside the clinic.

He emphasizes clear communication and realistic progression, helping patients understand why each exercise matters and how it fits into their overall recovery. Working closely with the neurology and psychiatry teams at NPBTC, he integrates physical therapy into a broader care plan so that improvements in strength, balance, and coordination support patients’ overall neurological and functional health.
