Dr. James R. Barsky, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a long-standing focus on helping people move with greater confidence, safety, and independence. He holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Ursinus College, an M.S. in Physical Therapy from Widener University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University. His clinical experience includes work in outpatient, acute care, and geriatric psychiatry settings at Chestnut Hill Hospital, as well as helping launch outpatient vestibular physical therapy services at the Vestibular and Balance Center of King of Prussia.
At NPBTC, Dr. Barsky focuses on patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, gait problems, Parkinson’s disease, movement disorders, and orthopedic conditions that affect daily function. He has pursued extensive continuing education in areas such as vestibular rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, concussion management, and movement-related problems, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based, neurologically informed physical therapy.
